What Should I Have Ready?
Useful details include your address, the species if it is known, and the thing about the tree that has you concerned. A photo of the whole tree and one of the problem area are very useful. Let us know if there is a lane, a side gate or a garage we can use for access.
What Happens Once I Reach Out?
A free visit is set up, most often inside the same week. On site, our arborist inspects the crown and trunk, talks through your concerns, and a paper quote reaches you shortly after. You decide if and when to book.
What About A Tree Tangled In Power Lines?
Stay well back. If a main line along the street is down or sparking, call Toronto Hydro and 911 right away. When the utility has cleared the hazard, our arborists come in to cut up the tree and restore the yard.
